TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Clean Guard, an entity within the Urban City Group of Companies, stemming from Urban City Initiatives. By requesting, booking, supplying, or delivering services through Clean Guard, all parties agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

Clean Guard provides on-demand cleaning and security services for residential, commercial, and event-based needs. All services are rendered on a once-off or short-term booking basis only.

Clean Guard does not offer subscriptions, ongoing contracts, full-time staffing, or mobile applications.

Clean Guard facilitates access to vetted Service Providers for:

Clean Guard is not liable for issues caused by inaccurate information.

7. Service Provider Verification & Onboarding

All Service Providers must undergo verification including identification, references, and quality standards compliance. Clean Guard may approve or reject any applicant at its discretion.

8. Rejection and Reapplication Policy

Rejected applicants may reapply up to three times. After three unsuccessful attempts, Clean Guard may permanently decline further applications.

9. Acceptance of Terms

All Service Providers must accept these Terms before receiving work. Failure to accept disqualifies onboarding.

10. Service Quality Standards

Service Providers must perform duties professionally, respect client property, and follow agreed scopes of work.

11. Misuse of Services

Misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination.

12. Suspension of Service Providers

Clean Guard may suspend providers pending investigation or documentation updates.

13. Termination

Clean Guard may terminate providers for misconduct, safety violations, fraud, or reputational harm.

14. Complaints

Clients may submit complaints with evidence to: admin@urbancleanguard.co.za

15. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the value of the service rendered.

16. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All data is handled in accordance with South African law.

17. Termination of Client Services

Services may be refused for non-payment, safety risks, or illegal activity.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
